The purpose of the Brooklyn United Baptist Church is to serve the Lord Jesus Christ in our Community by obeying His command to "go and make disciples". (Mathew 28:19)

We are committed to leading people to faith in Jesus, teaching them to observe a Biblical lifestyle and equipping them to serve the Lord with the abilities God has given them. (Ephesians 4:11-13)

It is our intention to observe regular opportunities for worship, prayer, preaching, teaching, fellowship, sharing, caring and evangelism for the building up of Christ's Church (Acts 2:41-47).

We see our purpose as being summed up in these three points:
1. We are committed to Christ.
2. We are committed to each other.
3. We are committed to taking Christ to the world. 3. We are committed to taking Christ to the world.
